Tender description

WM housing is going out to tender for the Works which are Fencing; Top coating of the external ground; Installing Ivy Walls; Painting and decorating; Demolition. The scheme has been formed to follow from a previous investment project involving external wall insulation and new roofing material. The properties look aesthetically pleasing, but the other elements around the building look rather run down and are in need of attention and investment. Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff.
