This Framework Agreement is for the provision of a Cycle to Work salary sacrifice scheme for Council employees to utilise to acquire a bicycle and safety accessories/equipment. The Scheme provides employees with tax and national insurance savings and the employer with national insurance savings on bicycles and equipment acquired through the scheme. This Framework Agreement was let to the highest scoring tenderer as an outcome of an EU Open tender process. The scheme provider runs the scheme on behalf of the Council. The term of the Framework Agreement is thirty-six (36) months with one optional extension of twelve (12) months. The estimated total contract value is 336 000 GBP, based upon 2 Scheme windows per year over the initial 36 month term and optional 12 month extension.
