Derby City Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified consultant to develop a robust and independent methodology, compliant with the National Planning Policy Framework, Planning Practice Guidance and best practice to assess how well our existing POS performs against our existing quantity and accessibility standards and by assessing their quality and role in the wider green infrastructure hierarchy. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 17 August 2017. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response. The deadline for returns is 14:00 on 18 August 2017.
