Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) are planning to hold a Supplier Engagement Event commencing at 10:00 on Friday 6.10.2017 in Steeple Suite, Antrim Civic Centre, Stiles Way, Antrim, BT41 2UB. Registration is required prior to the event and all requests should be submitted to emma.connon@hscni.net no later than 15:00 on Tuesday, 19.9.2017. A Service and Maintenance Contracts (SMC) team has been established within PaLS to work with all Trusts to plan and commence a new program of regional contracts right across the HSCNI organisation. It is envisaged that this program will be in the region of 350 000 000-500 000 000 GBP annually, once all new and existing regional contracts are established. The program aims to deliver 42 regional contracts by the end of the 2020/2021 financial year.. This event will be an opportunity for existing and potential service and maintenance contractors to discuss the implications and opportunities which the new Service and Maintenance Contracts initiative represents via a series of 20 minute one-to-one sessions with members of the SMC team. There will also be the opportunity to discover more from PaLS colleagues about Social Sustainability initiatives and a workshop designed to provide help and advice when using the eTendersNI electronic tendering system to submit tenders.
