Tender description

Framework Agreement for Roughcasting Works to Council Housing properties within Falkirk Council areas of operation. This framework pertains to the Roughcasting Works of properties within the Falkirk Council management area as part of the ongoing Building Maintenance Division (BMD) Contracts Section contractual programme. The works will be split into 3 lots: Lot 1 — Roughcasting Labour Only Works; Lot 2 — Roughcasting Labour Works and Materials; Lot 3 — Sealant Works and Material. Provision of Roughcasting Labour Only Works to Falkirk Council Housing Properties as part of on-going Building Maintenance Division (BMD) Contracts Section contractual programme. Provision of Roughcasting Labour and Material Works to Falkirk Council Housing Properties as part of on-going Building Maintenance Division (BMD) Contracts Section contractual programme. Provision of Sealant Labour and Material Works to Falkirk Council Housing Properties as part of on-going Building Maintenance Division (BMD) Contracts Section contractual programme.
