Park Tennis Coaching Provider - AWARD

Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market seeking expert support for the development and delivery of an effective, inspiring, and sustainable inclusive parks community tennis programme for people of all ages and abilities (adults, minis and juniors), with due consideration to engaging those targeted groups that are inactive/low activity levels. Supported by the Lawn Tennis Association and guided by its Physical Activity Strategy "Elmbridge Active Every Day 2015-20", the Council is seeking to award priority status to a tennis coaching provider(s)* from 26/05/2017 - 01/08/2021 (4 years & 3 months) across the portfolio of twelve park tennis venues (29 courts). To be considered, suppliers are expected to submit an innovative response that will ensure compliance, sustainability and value for money. *Note - for the purposes of this opportunity a 'coaching provider' is defined as an organisation or coach that systematically organises tennis activity for the benefit of multiple players.
