Tender description

The Marine Institute, a semi State body, wishes to invite tenders for the supply of Mechanical and Electrical Facilities Maintenance for Marine Institute, Rinville, Oranmore, Co. Galway for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The Institute comprises buildings of 11 000 sq.m. on a 14 acre site. It is a 2 storey with mechanical plant rooms at level 3. The complex can be divided into 3 main sections: — Crescent Building accommodating administration offices, full staff restaurant and kitchen and library. — Block Building accommodating 54 state of the art laboratories, technical support offices and energy centre. — Out Buildings comprising and Auditorium, Creche and stores. The building services to be managed under this contract will be limited to the mechanical and electrical systems and associated plant and equipment.
