Tender description

The SPS requires the service of a suitably qualified supplier to provide a range of Lift Maintenance Services at SPS sites. The SPS requires the service of a suitably qualified supplier to provide a range of Lift Maintenance Services including the ability to inspect, service, fault diagnose, execute repairs and undertake remedial work for a range of lifts and stairlifts of different manufacturers and models, including the provision of spare parts. Locations: Currently all 13 prisons and 2 support sites have lifts and/or stairlifts. In total there are 75 lifts and stairlifts, (predominantly passenger/goods lifts). Range of lifting equipment, including: — Passenger lifts, — Goods lifts, — Stairlifts, — Dumbwaiters. The planned contract length is 5 years with up to a 2 years extension.
