GB-Barking: Communal Switchgear and Lighting to Residential Blocks

NOTE: This notice was updated on 13 September 2017 for the following reason: Extension of time for submission of application documents from 22nd September 2017 to 29th September 2017The Council is inviting Applications in order to be invited to tender for Communal Switchgear and Lighting to Residential Blocks. The works generally include the upgrading of electrical services to the landlord areas of approximately 60 No. low rise (2/3 stories) residential blocks. The works include the following:- i]Upgrade sub-main distribution boards and install new sub-main cabling to the meter / consumer unit in each flat. ii]Replace distribution boards serving landlord's lighting and power. iii]Upgrade lighting to the landlord's areas including the provision of emergency lighting. iv]Provide general purpose power to the landlord's area
