Tender description

The council require final design proposals and a quotation to manufacture, supply and install counters and kitchen equipment. The ’front of house’ design should ensure a counter finish comparable with a high street Coffee Shop and compliment the finishes already designed for the Great Sankey Hub (see attached documents). The design and layout will be judged on its merits and should ensure that all customer experiences are as interactive as possible. The Council envisage the offer to be comparable to coffee shops and comprise good quality coffee including takeaway coffee, cakes, sandwiches and 3-4 hot dishes.
