Tender description

The University is required to put a contract in place for the provision of internal and external window cleaning services across all University campus including Residences and Catering. Most buildings have 2 external and 1 internal clean per year with the Residences having 3 internal and 3 external cleans. The Contract will be for a period of 2 years with two 12 month extension options. Cleaning runs throughout the year on a flexible schedule and different frequencies depending on the buildings and a number of factors affecting each ‘zone’ such as the cleaning methods required, building access and road restrictions. The tenders must be able to support a number of different cleaning methods to incorporate all buildings including abseiling and should be able to provide all access equipment necessary to complete the service.
