Tender description

The EA invites tenders for First Aid, Health and Safety and CPR/AED Courses to be provided to individual school and college staff as well as staff from the various services across EA. This is on a call-off as required basis for the period 1.9.2017 to 31.8.2019 with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The tender is in three lots — Lot 1 is for the First Aid courses, Lot 2 is for the Health and Safety courses and Lot 3 is for the CRP/AED course. Tenderers may offer for one, two or all lots but must offer for all courses in each lot. Offers for each Lot will be considered against the award criteria and contracts will be awarded on a Lot by Lot basis to the most economically advantageous tender for each Lot (i.e. one successful contractor per Lot, tenderers may be successful for 1 or more Lots).
