Tender description

Accent is procuring 5 works contracts for the undertaking of pre-paint repairs and redecoration of existing social housing properties comprising of blocks of flats and houses. This will include the external and internal (where appropriate) preparation and redecoration of doors, windows, external wall finishes, external joinery, internal walls and ceilings and internal doors and joinery across a range of property tenures. Accent will appoint a single contractor to undertake these works in each of the following five regions — North East, North West, Yorkshire, East and South. Accent may appoint a single contractor for 2 regions but not for more than 2. External and internal redecoration works to all properties listed in the Schedule of Schemes in North East Region in the Invitation to Tender documentation. Each region has a provisional 7-year programme of cyclical decorations which will then repeat itself going forward. Works will vary in volume and location in each annual period. External and internal redecoration works to all properties listed in the Schedule of Schemes in North West Region in the Invitation to Tender documentation. Each region has a provisional 7-year programme of cyclical decorations which will then repeat itself going forward. Works will vary in volume and location in each annual period. External and internal redecoration works to all properties listed in the Schedule of Schemes in Yorkshire and Humberside Region in the Invitation to Tender documentation. Each region has a provisional seven year programme of cyclical decorations which will then repeat itself going forward. Works will vary in volume and location in each annual period. External and internal redecoration works to all properties listed in the Schedule of Schemes in East Region in the Invitation to Tender documentation. Each region has a provisional 7-year programme of cyclical decorations which will then repeat itself going forward. Works will vary in volume and location in each annual period. External and internal redecoration works to all properties listed in the Schedule of Schemes in South Region in the Invitation to Tender documentation.
