Professional education expertise to support the development of a detailed business case for a shared education service in Dorset

Tender description

The education services across Dorset Trusts have a clear vision to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of our education provision. There are five NHS organisations delivering education services within Dorset: Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust, Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and the Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The Trusts are looking for professional expertise to develop a business case which will outline the recommended operating model to maximise the quality of our education services, develop a work plan for implementing the recommendations, and identify potential benefits and savings resulting from the recommendations. This work is to be carried out under the Dorset Business Support Services (BSS) review which is an enabler for the wider Sustainability and Transformation plan (STP).
