The London Borough of Sutton wish to procure an intuitive, simple and user friendly Google platform software solution for our annual staff appraisals by scoping the market to establish what proven systems are available to support our future procurement. Please note this is not a call for competition and for avoidance of doubt, this notice is for the purpose of conducting a pre-market questionnaire exercise and will not formally begin the procurement or constitute any commitment by the Council to undertake any procurement exercise.
