Home Group is looking to appoint a supplier to deliver specialist training requirements to colleagues across Home Group covering business units in England and Scotland. Our maintenance team are involved in the initial property surveys, issue identification, preparing job specifications and review of works completed by our contractors, and, as such, need to have a technical understanding of the works involved in diagnosing and resolving key issues. The successful supplier will provide a comprehensive range of off-the-shelf and bespoke learning products to train colleagues in our maintenance team in these key trade skills. This will also include learning to support with writing comprehensive and effective job specifications.
