GB-Liverpool: TR026 - Alexandra Drive Roof Replacement Works

Tender description

Torus are looking for a contractor to undertake roofing renewal works to a block of Torus 62 Ltd properties in the Sefton Park area of Liverpool @ 3 Alexandra Drive, L17 8TA. Works to be completed under JCT Minor Works contract - with a 4 week programme. The contractor will need to allow for the following scope of works within their tender price - •Scaffold access •New slate roof (use existing slate where possible) •New fascia & soffits (specification to be agreed with conservation officer) •Valleys •Top Ridge & Hip Ridge •Velux windows •Lead box guttering (to be reviewed with conservation office) Full details of the tender and scope of works can be found in the tender docs - site visits can be arranged by contacting James Doran.
