Expression of Interest for Christmas in Markeaton Park

Expressions of Interest (EoI) are sought for Christmas in Markeaton Park to create a Winterwonderland, including catering centred around the Craft Village and main drive. Derby Live/ Parks will be putting together a programme for each of the three weekends advertised and will be themed as follows: Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 December - crafts Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 December - music Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 December - 'maker workshops' The event will run from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm each day and the Winterwonderland will complement the activities which will be held in the Craft Village. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 14:00 on Monday 28th August 2017. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response. The deadline for returns is 14:00 on Tuesday 29th August 2017.
