Tender description
Following a Market Engagement Event in May 2017, Highways England will be hosting 3 webcasts to brief potential suppliers on the current plans for the procurement vehicle for the Regional Investment Programme/Operations (RIP/Ops) solution under the Routes to Market (RtM) programme. In May 2017 Highways England held a Supplier Engagement Event in London to brief suppliers on our plans for a new procurement vehicle to deliver our Regional Investment Programme (RIP) and major operations projects from late 2018. Valuable feedback received at the event has informed our proposed procurement model. We would like to brief potential suppliers on the latest position and offer a further opportunity for comment before presenting our final procurement solution. We will be holding 3 webcast sessions for suppliers across Monday 18 September and Tuesday 19 September. The webcasts will last 1 hour to include time for questions and answers — all questions will be anonymous. The sessions will be split by supplier category: 1) Designer 2) Lead construction contractor 3) Construction sub-contractors and supply chain Follow the link below to register and tell us which webcast you will be attending based on your supplier category. Please only register for one session. https://event.on24.com/wcc/r/1503555/2F90341021B45BA8F909126127EB8562/165610 Following the webcast, suppliers are invited to submit any feedback to RTMYourQuestions@highwaysengland.co.uk no later than 25.9.2017. The presentation material will be made available on our e-tendering portal, Bravo, after the webcasts have been broadcast. Potential suppliers are invited to register for a free account at https://highways.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtml. Once logged on, click on the ‘Projects’ link, then click on the ‘File Sharing’ > ‘Files’ > ‘Directories’ links using the menu at the left hand side of the screen. Once the Directories screen opens, registered users should see one or more sub-folders. Users should navigate to the ‘RtM RIP-Ops Pre-tender Webcast materials’ folder, where the material will be published.
