Tender description
The InterTradeIreland Challenge Programme assists SMEs to embed a structured approach to innovation by giving them access to a proven, sustainable and repeatable innovation system. Following a 2-phase pilot programme, a full rollout of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Challenge Programme commenced in February 2014. This first rollout phase is now approaching completion. InterTradeIreland now requires the services of a suitably competent consultant or group of consultants (hereafter referred to as the Delivery Agent) to deliver the second rollout phase of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Challenge Programme aimed at markedly improving the competitiveness and profitable growth of companies based on an improved and sustainable innovation management capability.
