This Prior Information Notice is not a call for competition but is an early market engagement exercise to enable Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) to engage with suppliers to better understand the market and explore potential structures and specifications for its second generation Legal Services Framework. The Legal Services Framework wil service the needs of CPC Members and the wider Public Sector as a whole. The CPC wishes to go to market for a Legal Services Famework and to this end, CPC would like to invite suppliers to engage with CPC, through its procurement partners NPG Limited, to discuss the nature of the forthcoming framework, its' design, specification and constructs. This notice is seeking suppliers who my wish to engage with us in this regard. Please note the early market engagement exercise will conclude on 22.9.2017, whereupon CPC will review the outcome of the exercise,and use its findings to inform the design of the framework. The Legal Services Framework will provide CPC Members and organisations throughout the public sector with access to professional Legal Services and associated services. The exact nature of the specification and the framework Lot structure has yet to be determined and this early market engagement is critical in ensuring an appropriate framework structure and specification is established. The exact volume of business through this framework is unknown at this time and is solely dependent upon the extent to which CPC Members and wider public sector organisations decide to utilise the resulting framework.
