Who Speclialist Work With Work immediately with the project team, Product owner, Business analyst, scrum master, developers and stakeholders for the project. Work with the UX team, UX researchers and UI designer. Work with any third parties involved e.g. Scottish Government, agencies. What Specialists Work On 1.Help to establish user research that results in clear guidance and support for the development teams 2.Use a variety of user research methods to reveal actionable insights 3.Create customer journeys 4.Create low fidelity prototypes using the Ros pattern library 5.Be involved in establishing clear design principles that internal and third-party delivery teams 6.Delivering research feedback to Agile delivery teams to compliment sprint cycles 7.Where required, work as part of a multi-disciplined team to design user focussed and successful services 8.Support the UX community within the IT department 9.Build relationships and working effectively with external parties Where the Work Takes Place Meadowbank House, 153 London Road, Edinburgh, EH8 7AU Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Onsite 5 days a week Work Location Meadowbank House, 153 London Road, Edinburgh, EH8 7AU Security Clearance Baseline Personnel Security Standard Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience Have a variety of different research methods Have analytical and problem solving skills.
