CAF is seeking to implement and maintain a comprehensive supported Email Marketing System (EMS) that covers all aspects of email marketing. It should allow CAF to: • build on-brand responsive emails which render cross-device and browser, without the need for HTML knowledge • create, test, manage and report on standalone and multi-stage email campaigns and automated email programs to retain/reactivate existing customers and acquire and nurture leads • track and nurture anonymous and known visitors to the website, and provide us with the ability to customise cookie messages which are presented to the visitor • create a separate subscription centre for each of our 4 main audiences, allowing them to manage their own communication preferences, including opting out; plus allowing CAF to override these preferences to send out service communications The solution must satisfy the requirements of UK and EU privacy legalisation, in particular the Data Protection Act and any other laws relating to data protection and privacy.
