Medway Council is looking for a hosted solution that includes unlimited systems administration and support provided by the company as part of the provision for local land charges (software, support and maintenance) contract. The solution is to be accessible both in in the office using thin client technology and Agile remote via Citrix for remote working from home. Local Land Charges, Planning, Private Sector Housing and Environmental Protection are based at Gun Wharf, Dock Road Chatham and Building Control at High Street Rochester. Medway Council is looking for a dedicated Local Land Charges (software, support and maintenance) solution that is not reliant on other services data that will be obtaining its data from other back office systems via automated interfaces in respect of data, special and links to properties and manual entry where required.
