Tender description

The purpose of this ITT is to assist ORE Catapult in establishing a Recruitment Services Framework by appointing a number of professional, reliable recruitment agencies to meet their ongoing recruitment requirements. It is anticipated that a maximum of four (4) recruitment agencies will be appointed to the Framework. However, ORE Catapult reserves the right to appoint fewer or more than this number if deemed to be in their best interests. It is ORE Catapult's intention to utilise this Framework to replace staff in situations of turnover at their sites in both Glasgow and Blyth. This will include, but not be limited to: — Permanent; — Fixed Term (typically one (1) year); — Temporary; — Maternity Cover; — Sick Leave Cover; — Apprentices; — Trainees; — Casual; and — Contractors. Tenderers shall be required to provide, as a minimum, the following services: — Response handling, — Provision of short lists, — Appraisals of candidates, — Candidate feedback, — Notification of successful and unsuccessful applications, — Full audit trail. Although requirements will vary, it is expected that a wide range of disciplines may need to be recruited. Tenderers must be able to accommodate disciplines for both sites which are specific to the Offshore Renewables Sector. These requirements shall range from Junior positions to Senior Management positions.
