Walsall Council acting in its role as Accountable Body for the Black County LEP in the administration of the Black Country Growth Deal is inviting Tender Submissions from qualified organisations with a proven record of delivery to provide Technical Advisor support to the Growth Deal programme. The role of the Technical Advisor will be to: Assist with the development of projects seeking to access the programme, Appraise project applications (initial proposal and full business case) for funding through the programme, including assessment of development and technical appraisals, identification of risks/issues and recommendations for approval, Support the drafting and negotiation of the Funding Agreement, including conditions specific to each project, and Post-contract monitoring, including verification of funding claims for projects that have been approved and are delivering outputs.
