Tender description

Birmingham City Council are seeking for organisations to tender for a framework agreement for the provision of management and employee development training services to support the Councils internal learning and development function in delivering learning programmes related to the lots detailed below for a period of 4 years. The new framework will be split into six lots as detailed below: Lot 1 — Business Improvement and Consultancy; Lot 2 — Equality and Diversity; Lot 3 — Provision of Development Centres, including Certified Diagnostic Assessments; Lot 4 — Leadership and Management; Lot 5 — Coaching; Lot 6 — Digital Media including eLearning. To design and deliver learning events and courses or deliver learning events and courses from a pre-existing set of course notes and materials. Examples of subject areas that may be required are: systems thinking; partnership working; working with stakeholders; project management; change tools, techniques and methodologies and service improvement and re design. To design and deliver learning events and courses or deliver learning events and courses from a pre-existing set of course notes and materials. Examples of subject areas that may be required are: Aspiring Leaders as part of positive action, unconscious bias, and embedding organisational diversity, specific protected characteristic awareness raising. To help us build a high performing future council we would like to support some of our business change projects with the use of diagnostic and psychometric assessments. This could be for leaders and managers or for whole teams. To design and deliver learning events and courses or deliver learning events and courses from a pre-existing set of course notes and materials. Examples include: neuroscience; team building; motivation; leading change; feedback in managing performance, and identifying talent. Coaches commissioned to undertake any coaching related work within this Lot must be qualified to ILM Level 5 or equivalent as a minimum standard. You may be required to both offer coaching and to develop new coaches. To enhance and develop its existing skills in the provision and development of digital and online learning and may potentially commission providers for ‘train the trainer’ type interventions with our existing team members.
