Tender description

Plymouth City Council is engaging in a soft market test exercise to assess the market's interest in the provision of a local bus service serving the new development at Seaton Neighbourhood. Although this area was served some years ago, the area has not benefitted from a service for several years, and the Council is seeking expressions of interest from bus operators for any commercial service that they may wish to provide. Suppliers interested in this opportunity should register their interest via www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk and search 'Seaton Neighbourhood Bus Service'. The deadline for submitting proposals is 12:00 noon on Thursday 7th September 2017.
