The University wishes to supplement its internal resources in the development and support of IT systems. To meet this requirement, the University wishes to engage with external IT Consultancies to provide expertise, development effort and advice in the following area: i) Application development and support This will involve the establishment of a Framework of up to 4 suppliers, on an initial 24 month appointment, with options to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
