3 Tender Overview Pig buildings Works are to include;  Site establishment (temporary hoardings for the works associated with the pig buildings only)  Undertake design works associated with each pig building  Undertake the design of the base works for each pig building  Produces a drainage design in accordance with the design of each pig building and in conjunction with the overall drainage strategy  Manufacture of the pig buildings  Construction of pig buildings  Installation of M&E associated with pig buildings  Provide material samples to satisfy the local planning authority  Liaise in design development with the design team/ main contractor and other specialist subcontractors
