The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to undertake and complete asbestos surveys and provide support for all asbestos related services. The Service Provider will be required to work in conjunction with specialist asbestos removal contractors who will be engaged directly by the Council.
