Rushcliffe 10k and fun run event

Quotations are invited from experienced operators to deliver the annual Rushcliffe 10k and Fun Run event at Rushcliffe Country Park, Ruddington, Nottingham. The external delivery partner will be responsible for all promotional, administration, operational and safety aspects of the event and will retain all income generated. For over 15 years, the Rushcliffe 10k and Fun Run has been organised annually by Rushcliffe Borough Council and is regularly fully booked with 850 10k runners and an additional 180 entering the fun run. Traditionally, the event has been run on the first Sunday of March with the 10k starting at 10:30am and the fun run at 10:45am. Rushcliffe will only release the quotation document on 21/08/2017 following the closure of the Expression of Interest window. You will be required to upload the completed quotation document as well as copies of your Health & safety Policy, Equality & Diversity Policy, Public Liability Insurance, Employers Liability Insurance, and any relevant equipment insurances.
