Tender description
Dacorum Borough Council is tendering it's Leisure Management Services due to commence on 1.4.2018. The contract period is for an inital 10 year period with an option to extend for a further 5 years. The Council considers that TUPE is likely to apply in respect of employees currently engaged by the existing provider in the provision of the Services. Please note that Minimum Requirements will apply to organisations wishing to tender for this service.
