Warwickshire County Council, Public Health would like to invite potential service providers to attend workshop to consult on the local Healthwatch service which will be out to tender at the end of 2017. Over recent years there has been a significant change in the demand for health and social care services, with increasing numbers of service users with more complex needs, accessing Healthwatch services. In order to address these changing needs, Warwickshire wants to work closely with service users and key partners to review the service delivery model for a new local Healthwatch service. The new service will focus on delivering outcomes based around Healthwatch England's Quality Statements. This consultation provides an opportunity for you to shape and influence Warwickshire's new local Healthwatch service, by providing your views on the proposed service model. We want to work with you to ensure that we appropriately shape the service to meet the needs of service users.
