Evaluation Consultant for the Beverley Road Townscape Heritage Scheme

Hull City Council are undertaking a Townscape Heritage Scheme to the historical road of Beverley Road within Hull. There is a wide range of works taking place (and more details of the bigger scheme can be located within the enclosed attachments). Hull City Council wishes to commission an independent evaluation of the Beverley Road Townscape Heritage scheme to assess how well the scheme has performed against the desired Outputs and Outcomes, to assess the impact of the scheme and to learn lessons for future projects. The council invites quotes from suitably qualified and experienced evaluation consultants to support the project in monitoring and evaluating scheme outputs and outcomes throughout the project’s duration. The council expects detailed information and data to be collected from local residents, business and activity participants within the Beverley Road Townscape Heritage scheme target area and the immediate surrounding area to develop a framework showing social and economic impact of the scheme on Heritage, people and communities. The objective is to provide an evaluation of the scheme using qualitative and quantitive methods at intervals throughout the scheme. This will assess the difference the scheme is making at each point and to ascertain where improvements could be made to ensure maximum value is achieved. The evaluation will assess the success of the Beverley Road Townscape Heritage scheme at delivering the anticipated outcomes and outputs.
