The Strategic HR Services framework (3S_18) will offer customers a wide range of recruitment and HR services, to include; 1. Executive and Managerial — Interims, 2. Executive and Managerial — Search and Recruitment, 3. Assessment and Testing Services, 4. Outplacement and Career Transition Services, 5. Recruitment Process Outsourcing, 6. HR Transactional Services. ESPO are inviting suppliers to participate in a ‘Request for Information’ (RFI) process in August 2017, which is intended to assist in making this 3S framework not only fit for our customers purpose, but also to work for our suppliers. This lot provides access to quality assured resource of senior level executive and managerial staff on a temporary basis to help deliver business or service delivery continuity to a function or project. This lot is for customers who wish to access expert recruitment services specialising in senior level executive and managerial permanent appointments. This lot provides customers with access to a choice of quality assured external specialists to assist in identifying appropriate talent and taking forward deployment and development initiatives. This lot provides customers with access to a range of services to support outplacement and career transition to assist with transition from an existing post to an alternative position/career. This lot provides customers with access to high quality and cost effective recruitment process outsourcing services. This lot provides customers with access to a range of Transactional HR Services e.g. DBS checking, which can be offered independently or flexibly as a package of services.
