Winter Gardens Business Plan and Financial Model

Great Yarmouth Borough Council is embarking on an exciting and significant project to undertake the complete restoration and reuse of the Winter Gardens, a Grade II listed building and rare survival of a Victorian seaside glasshouse. We are seeking a consultant who will undertake business study and plan centred on the proposed end use concept, and explore how this concept might be developed to provide an exemplar offer. The consultant will also produce a robust financial model which explores the return on investment. All bids to undertake this work must be submitted through the Council's ProContract Portal and any bids received through any other means will not be considered.
