Tender description

The London Borough of Sutton (LBS) is seeking quotations from community organisations to deliver the above service. The contract will initially be for a period of two (2) years commencing on the 02nd October 2017 with an option to extend for a further three (3) years in twelve (12) monthly intervals. There is a maximum budget of £20,000 for each year for the first two years of this contract. The successful bidder will deliver core activities to engage with young people to address anti-social behaviour and reduce its impact and preventing associated harm to communities. This service will contribute to Sutton’s coordinated response to tackling youth related anti-social behaviour, and the successful bidder will be expected to work constructively with other partners. The Council is tendering this quotation through the London Tenders e-tendering portal, our preferred method of advertising and managing contract opportunities. Sutton Council currently contracts a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision. The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost or any quotation. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) quotation submitted, and bidders will be expected to demonstrate how they will provide optimum value for money.
