N0228 - Stairlift, Hoists and Disabled Access Equipment Service and Repair

Nottingham City Homes invites tenders for the provision of Stairlifts, Hoists & Disabled Access Equipment Maintenance, Service and Repair to properties managed by Nottingham City Homes on behalf of Nottingham City Council. The contract period will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend up to a further 2 years subject to NCH requirements and satisfactory performance reviews. Nottingham City Homes reserves the right to terminate the contract at the end of year 2 or at any time thereafter on not less than one month's notice. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
