Tender description

The contracting authority wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Milk Thirds and Fresh Milk supplies. The framework agreement is being established to meet the need for said services of organisations with full consideration to Blackburn with Darwen Educational Establishments and other council premises. The framework will be managed on behalf of all agreement users by Foodservice Options who will act as the managing agent. This framework agreement will meet the Milk Thirds and Fresh Milk needs of both the Local authority and Educational establishments. The Contracting Authority will seek to select one supplier who scores the highest combined quality and price score. The preferred supplier will be awarded all business let under the framework.
