Tender description

This is a Direct Award contract for software and software license support to the Department of Finance. The contract is anticipated to run for 28 months. The award of this contract is justified using derogation 32 (2)(b)(iii)) for reasons connected with the protection of exclusive rights as the underlying software to Records NI (i.e. HP Records Manager) is owned solely by Entcorp UK Limited (formerly known as HPE) and software licence support is therefore only available from Entcorp UK Limited (formerly known as HPE).
