Tender description

The Council is looking to contract for Support and Maintenance services only for its existing IDOX system. The Council has perpetual licenses to use the IDOX System. The requirement is solely to contract for ongoing support and maintenance of the IDOX system to enable the council to access fixes, patches and new versions which is only available via IDOX. This is not a contract to procure a system, it is to support the system the council already owns in perpetuity.
