Tender description

Thames Valley Housing Association intends to construct a 2.5 - 3.5 storey flatted development consisting of 26Nr. apartments for Shared Ownership. The development will have a Gross Internal Floor Area of approximately 2 108 sqm. Demolition of the existing building and clearance of the site will be required. The development will also consist of external features including refuse store, hard and soft landscaping. The project will require the design and construction of the apartments based on the architect prepared drawings and detailed Employer's Requirements. Thames Valley Housing Association intends to enter into a JCT 2011 Design and Build Contract with one Main Contractor to undertake the design and construction of a 2.5 storey flatted development consisting of 26Nr. 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments for Shared Ownership, together with associated external features including bin store, hard and soft landscaping. Contractors wishing to Tender will be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Responses to the PQQ will be used to select Contractors to be invited to Tender.
