A dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for educational establishments that can provide the training aspect of an apprenticeship. The DPS will be split into categories which will cover all services provided by a local authority. Along with Cambridge City Council the DPS will be open for other authorities in Cambridgeshire - South Cambs District Council, Hunts District Council and Fenland District Council.
