Repair and re-rendering of the piers supporting the ground floor 2. Remove damaged sections of corrugated sheeting below the floor slab. 3. Repair and protect exposed soffit of the concrete floor slab. 4. Removal of corrosion from ground floor steel beams and re-paint. 5. Repair balcony floor slab and adjust levels to allow water run-off. 6. Repair chimney render. 7. Re-decorate all timber window frames and external doors with suitable quick drying water repellent paint. 8. Make good internal woodwork to seal up openings and re-stain walls, ceiling and doors. The site can become very wet and so work should be undertaken and completed in this calendar year 2017.
