Tender description

NI Water are seeking to award a contract to a single provider for MEICA services which entails: ICA, mechanical and electrical Planned Maintenance; An ICA, mechanical and electrical First Response Reactive Repair service; Any other required ICA, mechanical and electrical installation, repair or maintenance services; Integration of both Parties work management systems to provide real time status updates on the compliance with Response Times, progress and Completion Times of the service; The provision of all required management information reports of applicable data associated with Providing the Service; Processing of payment application using the Employer's Cost to Serve processes and procedures; Due to the nature of the service, the Contractor must be contactable 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
