Maintenance of Digital TV Aerials

Tender description

Solihull Community Housing (SCH) is looking to appoint a suitable contractor to carry out the maintenance and servicing of digitial tv aerials to residential properties at various locations within the Metropolitan Borough of Solihull. The required service is to include, but not be limited to: • The repair and maintenance of communal aerial systems • Undertaking service visits and inspections • Submitting reports • Replacing or repairing relevant equipment • Responding to emergency calls • The arranging of appointments with tenants • Co-ordination with SCH for appointment making It is anticipated that the Contract shall commence on 1st April 2017. The proposed term of this Contract is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend, subject to performance, by up to a further 2 twelve month periods. The Contract value is estimated at £30,000 per annum. The successful contractor is to be selected through a formal tender process. In order to be considered for the award of the contract, contractors must register on the electronic tendering portal at www.csw-jets.co.uk , express an interest in this tender and complete the tender documents. The closing date for the submission of completed tender documents is no later than 12.00 noon on Monday 6th February 2017.
