Tender description

The FCA End User Computing service includes the provision of a secure and consistent end user IT environment, supporting services such as Client and Mobile Devices, Office Suit Application, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Communication and Messaging, Audio Visual Systems and on-site User Support. The FCA required an IT Service Desk to be the technical point of contact with the IT end user. It will take ownership across the life-cycle for Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment and Service Requests whilst collaborating with all of the FCA's suppliers of IT services.
