Tender description

FSCS seek to establish a 4 year Consultancy Framework which will cover three core areas of the Business: 1. Change Management and Transformation; 2. Customer vision and digital strategy; 3. Information Communications Technology. Each Lot will have a maximum of 3 Partners appointed. Providing change management expertise for the management, implementation and delivery of business critical programmes / projects relating to change, transformation and or transition. Providing strategic thinking and support in the digital space to ensure FSCS operates effectively. Offering insights and direction to shape the business and ensuring FSCS is aware of market trends and changes within the digital arena. Assisting FSCS to understand each of our customers' individual needs and expectations so we can communicate with them through the right channels (digital or provide digital support). Also ensures the appropriate strategy is implemented. Provide ICT expertise for the development and pre-design solutions for a wide range of ICT projects to deliver business improvement.
