Tender for the Provision of Services to Protect our Water (POW) & Related ICT Systems for local authorities

Tender description

The scope of this tender is to make necessary amendments to the current system to meet the requirements of the impending change in the legislation and additionally to update current functionality and make a number of enhancements to the system as outlined below. However as stated in section 1.1.1, the new legislation may not be enacted in time, thus requiring the ability to renew registrations to be in place for a period of time. As the functionality to renew is not currently in the system, it will now be necessary to implement this. Additionally, this will be required to be in place by the end of June. The tender will also include scope for the provision of development services for related/similar IT systems as required. Additionally, the tender will include an option to put in place a Support & Maintenance agreement that can be renewed annually subject to satisfactory performance & budget constraints.
